Your satisfaction with our service and our product is our first priority. Please review the following store policies to insure your shopping satisfaction.
Shipping Address: Please double
check your shipping address before you submit your order. Some carriers
charge fees up to $10 to correct a shipping address if they are unable
to deliver to the address given. You will be responsible for these fees
if you entered the address incorrectly. If we mess up then we will pay
the fees.
Shipping Charges: Our shopping cart
is set to charge shipping based on the total weight of your order. We
use Priority Mail shipping as that has proven to be the fastest
delivery time for us on average. Items that require extra shipping due
to size will have that built into the price and we will note that in
the product description. Online orders for
delivery outside of the lower 48 will have the shipping charges
adjusted and you will be notified to provide payment before we ship the
order.
Inventory:

Returns: If you purchase any of our
products and are not satisfied with your purchase just return it to us
unused within 2 weeks of purchase for a full refund with the exception
of shipping charges. If the error was due to a mistake on our part,
then we will refund the shipping charges as well.
All returned items must be returned in unused
condition. Once we receive your return we will issue a credit to your
account. Due to timing and billing cycles, it may take up to 30 days
for the return credit to appear on your statement.
Lost Returns: If you return an item
and it gets lost, you will not receive a refund or exchange. We
strongly suggest that you insure your return for the value of the
order.
Standard Shipping: Our standard
shipping service is USPS as it appears to be the most cost effective
option for residential delivery.
International Shipping: Email us the
exact shipping charges.
Shipping Time: All in stock orders
will ship in 1 business day after funds have cleared. Orders are only
shipped Monday-Friday. We do not guarantee delivery times. Once it is
in the hands of the shipper (USPS, UPS or Fedex) the package is out of
our control. We will not refund paid shipping for products delayed by
the shipper or acts of nature. If we are given a credit by the shipping
company the credit will be passed on to you.
If you need something overnight or 2nd day, please
email or call us with your delivery address prior to 11AM
PST M-F and prior to placing your order. We will verify stock and
respond with the best delivery option(s). Standard Priority Mail is
typically just 3 days from here to the east coast so spending extra
money may not save you much time.
Received A Damaged Order: If your
order arrives with obvious freight damage, refuse the shipment and note
the damage with the deliverer. Notify us by
email and we will ship a replacement order immediately. The shipper will return the merchandise
us. If you discover that your order was damaged after receiving it,
email us as soon as
possible and we will file a freight claim with the shipper and send you
a replacement once we receive the damaged product.
Backorders: We no longer backorder products and the
shopping cart will not allow you to order items that are out of stock.
Email us if you need something that is currently out of stock and we
will notify you once it becomes available.
